They used to only be found around Australia, but bcus of global warming and oceans rising, they’ve been multiplying at an alarming rate and can be found as far north as Japan. Something like 250 people are hospitalized every year for Irukandji stings

oh geez, really? the the documentary I watched forever ago talked about them in Australia, but I had no idea they’d spread that far! that’s insane.

i had a rough day today but i learned i can count on my friends and that these are people i want in my life forever because they are the only family ive got huge shoutouts to emily for rescuing me, shoutout to adam for caring and being patient with my arm and being a good snuggle sport. shoutout to dean for being weird as fuck with me and shoutout to cassie for reminding me what its like to have such a strong platonic connection with somebody. and also shoutout to the new people i met and the other familiar faces along the way you guys are the reason i am alive and i am endlessly grateful
