i had a rough day today but i learned i can count on my friends and that these are people i want in my life forever because they are the only family ive got huge shoutouts to emily for rescuing me, shoutout to adam for caring and being patient with my arm and being a good snuggle sport. shoutout to dean for being weird as fuck with me and shoutout to cassie for reminding me what its like to have such a strong platonic connection with somebody. and also shoutout to the new people i met and the other familiar faces along the way you guys are the reason i am alive and i am endlessly grateful

@wolfquartz it’s really not that bad once you start going. go at times where there will be less people (i go at 9pm) and remember you dont have to go for an hour to get a perfect workout!!! start with short periods of time (25-20 mins) and gradually build up. c: i’d love to be your gym buddy though!!!
