Sometimes when you're out there driving around trying to find a parking spot and someone's done a really terrible job parking, and you just go, "Ugh! This guy is so inconsiderate!"
Consideration is a big deal, you guys, it costs us nothing. It's a super-big deal! You're in a restaurant, turn off your goddamn ringer! "Oh, I'll let this ring, I don't care what anybody around me thinks!"
Just start thinking about the effect you have on the people around you.
There's an immediate ten foot circle: you really affect those people. There's a fifty foot circle: you have an effect on those people. The stuff you do during your day, it's a ripple effect, you can cause people to go, "Gah!! ffff!!!" That energy's comin' right at ya buddy! So these little things will just give you a little bit of calmness in those moments.
