I gotta say, Christmas in New York is really something to see. Literally, everywhere I turn there’s a person in a Santa costume and some sort of version of a Christmas tree. It’s my favorite time of year so I must admit it’s pretty much a dreamland out here for a holiday hoe like myself.  I think the only time I saw a place this decked out for the holidays was when my parents took me to Disneyworld in 6th grade...gotta say, I’m loving it.

I gotta say, Spiderman really outdid itself this time. I cried, I laughed, I went through a roller coaster of emotions. But Marvel is really out here tugging on my heart strings, first endgame and now this. Zendaya is killing it though, so 2019 is looking like her year and I gotta admit that I don’t mind seeing her around more and more. 

In other news, my house is having it’s annual pest control spraying so catch me at the park playing with everyone’s dogs since I still have yet to get one of my own.

I gotta say, fall might be my favorite time of year? Aside from football starting up of course, but also the weather and all that spooky shit is always such a good feeling. If anyone is down to be corny as hell and carve some pumpkins, let’s do the damn thing, I haven’t even had candy corn since I was thirteen but it seems this time of year always makes me want some.

So far the New Years resolutions are in full swing, and it’s all starting with not burning pancakes in the morning. Is it bad that I actually enjoy watching the food network? Because I’m a little bit addicted already, maybe this whole resolution nonsense is just starting another bad habit of making messes in the kitchen. Either way, I make some bomb ass blue berry waffles. Verdict is still out if my mom is just being nice and I’m totally just in my own head thinking I’m the new Gordon Ramsey with better biceps, but who really knows.

It’s a bit weird to think that in a year from now, we’ll be in the year 2020. It seems like some futuristic sort of sounding year. And yet, we still haven’t gotten to the flying cars and teleportation technology. But regardless, hope everyone had a great New Years. I don’t think I’m going to touch champagne again for a very long time, so that’s enough to tell you I had a damn good time. What did everyone else do? If you didn’t catch the fireworks show, you missed out.
