Carson lifted his glasses as he rubbed his eyes underneath. He was getting tired. That was inevitable. He had been watching monitors for hours. It was the least he could do. He had no “superpowers” like his dad or siblings. His dad was a different man when he was conceived. He actually sometimes wished his mom never met Athena, the Time Lady, so that he was never born. It was a sad thought, but watching his own siblings starting to save the world at young ages made him upset, to say the least. Cause all he could do was sit and monitor. Maybe give pointers out over the radio from time to time. He couldn’t be in the action. Heck, he couldn’t even climb up a flight of stairs without needing his inhaler. He let out a sigh just as something caught his eye. He quickly turned around in his chair and pointed at a dark corner of the room. “I don’t know what you’re doing here, but sneaking up on me isn’t going to do you any good.” His blue eyes started to search around him. Did he even have anything to defend himself with?
