Part 2
After our lovely walk down the branch line it was leads back on and through the big gate into the Goat Rescue.
After their walk the pups were calmer and this helped them to meet the animals without too much overwhelming emotion or excitement.
We stood and da momma talked, they watched first from a distance and then closer. It went very well and they were happy little doggies ´, great desensitization session..
Got some treats, can of pop. Gosh printed shopping bag ext as it all goes towards the upkeep and then it was time to go home.
An absolutely beautiful afternoon at the beach and a nip into the little seafront pub for coffee with a gingerbread man climbing it 😂
The beach today was so still the clouds and dogs reflected in passable colours on the wet sand. The sunlight was pleasantly warm for November and reminds us that although not all days are good there is some good in every day.
As we come to the end of the year the mornings are misty and sunsets are earlier it is so important to enjoy any times when we can go outside without being cold and wind blown, those surprisingly warm moments that make us smile in recognition of a job well done. Halloween and bonfire night are gone with their excitement and horro, small animals have been gathered iindoors as winter is tightening his hold each morning. The cobwebs have dewdrops much later in the day; making them beautiful unless you are a wet spider who doesn’t have any little yellow wellies.
Our hedgehogs haven’t been seen much so I’m hoping all are safe and warm with full tummies. If it’s a really bad winter they’ll be treated to proper hedgehog food as well as scattered emergency bird food just in case they wake up January snackish. Also they don’t climb the bird tables too well, it’s their paws you know…
At this end of the year we are thankful for good days, dry days for putting laundry out and days nice enough to go for a walk. Soon colder harsher weather will visit and feel never ending but like most other potential problems it will pass and we’ll see spring flowers and plants before we know it.
So if you have a lovely afternoon anytime go to the beach, the park, the woods and enjoy some fresh air, listen to the birds and feel whole again
Remember always take time to smell flowers, lickle pauses to do peaceful stuff through the day may for happy hearts ❤️ 💕 🥰 if you’ve not time to sniff the flowers 💐 🌸 🌹 🌺 maybe you have time to nibble some rosemary 😊
Feebs discovers bluebells while vey young, quite likes these pink flowers when she sees any and nibbles mercilessly on da mommas herbs which have to go beyond jumping height for regular respite.
Benefits of Rosemary are
It makes roast vegetables taste 👅 lovely
Good for.headaches, insomnia, migraine, nausea, emotional upset and depression , pain, memory and fatigue
It’s pretty much anti most bad things, easy to find in the supermarket and keep alive at home, what’s not to like except I’m a cat and I’m not eating that 😂
Have a wonderful day, be amazing even if you only amaze yourself xxx
