my mother runs a cat insta with her colleague for his cat and literally every time I see the words ‘daddy’ or ‘furriends’ or ‘purrfect’ or literally anything else on a post I die a little inside. the pain. the embarrassment. the disgust.

the fact that I absolutely cannot explain to her what I associate with these words for obvious reasons,,,,

I almost never use the word ‘cringe’ but this,, is a whole new level
