The Madame Mage's Right Hand Cookie

Here's the next member of the Arcane Cookie Order, Cat Pan Cookie

She's actually an OC I adopted on toyhouse about a year or 2 ago but never used. But now, she's gonna be put to use!

Cat Pan Cookie is Madame Mage Cookie's right hand Cookie and assistant(as well as the first creation of the Witch Monica, my oc), and is a rather serious and no nonsense Cookie. She also teaches magic to new Cookies who have no experience with magic(an example being Blue Cheshire Cookie)

Cat Pan Cookie possesses a large bell tied to a ribbon that she uses to cast spells
