not an uaf but more of an uav (undiagnosed autism validation) but today i was having a really bad panic attack bc there were Too Many Sounds and almost everyone in the class i was in is an asshat so i was super stressed but!!! the teacher let me sit outside and calm down and he was really calm about it!!!! he spoke really softly and he was patient when i couldn't respond immediately bc of being nonverbal,,,, it was just Validating -cat rabbit
