Favorite childhood movie? Little Mermaid

If you could hang out with one person dead or alive for a day who would it be? I think my answer to this question changes quite often. Today, I'm feeling like I'd want to get to know Hitler a bit. I'm not entirely sure why. 

If you had unlimited resources and talent who would you cosplay? I'm not into cosplay much, but I think if I was going to cosplay anyone it would either be Karou or Luna Lovegood. With unlimited resources? Moaning Myrtle, complete with transparent special effects.
