CATALYST CRIME's new album "Catalyst Crime" will be released on October 22, 2021 via Massacre Records!

Get ready for a cinematic metal journey that covers a wide spectrum of genre-defying sounds and emotions, ranging from symphonic metal to death metal to progressive metal and back!

"Catalyst Crime" was mixed and mastered by Alexander Krull at Mastersound Studio.

The cover artwork was created by Stefan Heilemann / Heilemania.

Guest musicians include Jake E (CyHra, ex-Amaranthe), Bill Hudson (I Am Morbid, NorthTale), Harri Hytönen (Hammerhed, Kalmah) as well as Micki Richter and Thorsten "Tosso" Bauer (both Atrocity, Leaves' Eyes).

Die Cinematic Symphonic Metaller CATALYST CRIME präsentieren ihr gleichnamiges Debütalbum! Es ist eine cineastische Metal-Reise, die ein breites Spektrum an Genre-trotzenden Sounds und Emotionen abdeckt – von Symphonic Metal über Death Metal bis hin zu Progressive Metal und zurück. Riesige Wände aus Orchesterkompositionen interagieren mit gutturalen Riffs und erhebenden Gesangslinien. Die lyrischen Themen reichen von Trauer und harscher Selbstbeobachtung bis hin zu entschlossenem Trotz. Die Band rekrutierte auch einige bemerkenswerte Gastmusiker für ihr Debüt: Jake E (CyHra, ex-Amaranthe), Bill Hudson (I Am Morbid, NorthTale), Harri Hytönen (Kalmah, Hammerhed), Micki Richter (Atrocity, Leaves’ Eyes) sowie Thorsten “Tosso” Bauer (Atrocity, Leaves’ Eyes). Alexander Krull hat das Album produziert, gemischt und gemastert. Krull und CATALYST CRIME werden erneut aufeinandertreffen, da CATALYST CRIME im Oktober/November 2021 Leaves’ Eyes auf ihrer “The Last Viking – Europe 2021” Tour unterstützen werden – so die Pandemie es zulässt.
