Babs doesn’t expect people in her room, or if she does, it’s usually Dick. But this was not Dick. It’s Kory. Babs blinks, then a slightly goofy smile spreads across her face. Usually it’s Babs slinking over to Kory’s apartment, so they don’t disturb Cass and Steph. But here is Kory, curled up in Bab’s huge King sized bed. She’s sleeping away, half of her clothes on the ground, as per usual. She knows that Kory usually sleeps naked, but is polite enough to at least wear something. Babs lets out a soft laugh, before slipping out of her clothes and pulling on a Batman tee-shirt. She’s just in that and her underwear, which is what she usually wears anyway.

She manages to slip into bed without waking up Kory, settling herself so she can wrap an arm around Kory’s waist, cuddling up to her. She buries her head into her shoulder, letting out a content sigh, a slight smile on her face. Finally, she’ll be able to sleep soundly and actually be able to sleep without the nightmares. Thank god for that.
