One month ago, I applied Ekspedisi Nustantara Jaya 2016 program. Enj2016 is like volunteer and travelling program. We will travel with Kapal Perintis to other small islands in Indonesia. In that program, we will learn about leadership, maritime rules, and try to be fluencer as volunteer. We will drop down in small islands and do some activities, such as teaching, sharing, or other, and we be a part in local societies. The point is try to develope people's culture in seashore and introduce their culture to participants. We will share about our experiences and some foods. It's kinda we will be like them in a couple of days. In the first selection, I haved to answer all of questions in form. It was about myself, personally, why I wanna to join, and essay about maritime culture. Honestly, I didn't know about maritime cultute because I never read about it and it was my first time to explore that topic. As beginner, I didn't write maritime culture like a professor, I really damn didn't know about thay topic. So, I just wrote about correlation between their culture and higher educatuin. I wrote that they totally have chances to get higher education as suburb people and with that, they can increase themself in seashore. It will make seashore have more value in everything field, I thought. Finally that was my main point in my essay. Gratitude, I can get silver ticket, I mean, I get that chance even still in waiting list. I am proud enough to my achievement, because there was more than 1100 aplicants from East Java and they took around 40 applicants who can go to next selection. I am in that list, but I am in waiting list. From 40 applicants, there is 2 group, main and waiting list. In main list, there is around 20 applicants and more of that is waiting list. Here I am, in waiting list and still hope miracle. Second selection is documentary, such as our sertificate that we wrote in form. Honestly, I am forget what I wrote, I really didn't think that I will chance. Yay! [120816]
