The last and final hurdle, restaurant row!!! I was really excited and scared for this because I heard it was intense but also insanely fun. And it was true...
Pretty much the Culinary Institute of America has 5 restaurants/cafes on campus and it is student run so part of my program, during the last 12 weeks we work in the back of house and in the front of house and I loved almost every moment of it. The only time I hated it was when I got bad partners haha =P Dont want to babble on so I'm gonna keep that short.
