My cure for the post Netflix bacanall madness was to head up the mountain and meet with a master. I had the pleasure of recording an episode of the #pantellispodcast with #paulprovenza the great comic and journalist who conceptualized #zoofest and hosted the prolific show #thegreenroom I had come prepared with funny anecdotes and facts on topics that I thought would sound good . I Needed none. We had one subject #comedy as an #art as a #lifestyle as as #cathathasis. I came down from the mountain with new knowledge and I like to think I reminded the master of some.
