Se sentir tout petit face à la puissance d’un tel édifice... Un peu d’histoire : La cathédrale primatiale Saint-André de Bordeaux, située sur la place Pey-Berland, est le lieu de culte le plus imposant de Bordeaux. Il s'agit de l'église-cathédrale de l'archidiocèse de Bordeaux. Elle fut consacrée le 1er mai 1096 par le pape Urbain II, en tournée pour prêcher la Première Croisade[1]. Elle a été reconstruite dans le style gothique du xiie au xvie siècle.
