Hey uh...

Who wants to beta the first chapter of this fic I’m writing?

Oof. I’m sorry this took so long. Also I’m really bad a writing angst so I apologize for that too.

"My heart tells me to kiss you, my head tells me to walk away."

Juno has been on the ship for nearly a week. A whole week in close quarters with Peter. A whole week acting like nothing had happened between the two of them.

"Juno?"

"Hm?"

"You seem to be distracted. Are you alright?"

"Don't worry about it, big guy."

"Are you sure? I have not seen you act like this before."

"Yeah, I'm fine."

By two weeks Juno couldn't stand it. He had to say something.

"Fay, can I talk to you in private?"

"Of course Juno." Peter got up from where he was sitting. And followed him out into the hall.

"Nureyev- Fay- whatever!" Juno sighed. Why was it so hard to talk to him!? "I'm sorry. For everything."

He waited for Peter's response. When he didn't get one he continued. "I shouldn't have left you. I should have written a note or something. I just-"

"Yes, you should have."

"I know and I'm sorry. I understand if you still don't want to talk to me-"

"What do you want, Juno?"

Juno sighed again. "I don't know, I just wanted to say I was sorry I guess..." He shrugged.

"Juno. I can't, I can't accept your apology, that would require me to trust you and... I can't do that to myself again..."

Juno felt a twinge if guilt. "I... I know I hurt you and that's unforgivable and nothing I can do will fix it but I'm trying to get better! I really am so if there's anything I can do to try to make it up to you..." Juno's voice was shaking. "I know it won't change anything and you don't have to accept my apology that's okay I just... I just want to try and make things even a little bit better if I can."

"There is something you can do." Peters voice was also shaking but with anger. "You can leave me alone and not speak to me ever again. The only thing that would make this better is if I never see you again!"

"Wha-"

Peter turned on his heel and stormed out. Leaving Juno in the hallway alone trying to hold back tears.

Somebody requested an angsty fic and it’s taking so long because I have to stop every few minutes to collect my thoughts. I’m not good at angst so if anybody wants to send request for fics other than angst please do.
