Fitness question: this weekend I'm cycling 150 miles over two days (75 miles each day). How much fettuccine Alfredo should i eat immediately before i start each day for peak performance?

Hard to say for certain but one theory is to consume more Fettuccine Alfredo and less water than you ever have in your entire life.
