If you follow me, you must accept the fact that I am going to post TONS of pictures of my cats. Here Is Roxas, my giant manx fur baby. He loves to go outside and take naps by my side.
I’d like you all to meet the inspiration to my blog name.
Her name is Cleo and she is one of the sweetest cats who has ever walked into my life. She first showed her face by ripping apart our garbage on the porch. I convinced my mom to let us bring her in, feed her, bathe her, pick off all of ticks, and try to find someone who would take her.
My mom told me I could keep her if we couldn’t find her a home. To my dismay she did find someone. I was heartbroken. But, it turned out that the person she found already found a different cat and I got to keep my baby.
Now it’s been 6 years and Cleo lives happily at my mother’s house where she met my family because she was to afraid of cars to come with me to my new house. There she enjoys hunting mice, dragging socks and other laundry around the house, snuggling up to people, and taking naps under the bed.
She is proof that life can get better with a little help from someone who loves you. (And a very pretty, colorful, calico, creature.)
