Sometimes you pack a lunch and hit the road. For this sandwich I used the Peppered Tofurkey slices, tomatoes, avocados, and some arugula. Definitely also mayo and earth balance on your bread. Yum!

For this weekend adventure we packed Torfurkey sandwiches to head to the Jane Pickens Theatre for the Cat Video Fest in Newport, RI. Good news! The Cat Video Fest is returning to Newport later this month! 

While in the area we also checked out the Potter League animal shelter in Middletown, RI. Quite a few cuties up for adoption!

Today we saw the first sign that spring is upon us.

It wasn’t a robin. It wasn’t a bluebonnet.
