An exasperated sigh came from over the barriers. ”Vash,” it chided as though scolding a petulant child. ”You need to eat a real meal. Not grass. You need to hunt.” He knew that. It didn’t make it any easier for him to do, however. He could hear the agitated slap of Nai’s white fins against the water as he worried. He felt a bit cowed by the way Nai spoke. Vash flicked his tail as well, splashing water up at the human above on accident.
