Bubbling and brewing in my cauldron Crock Pot is a special blend of barks, roots and other delights. Katja & Ryn mixed me up this bag of Chaga Chai, consisting of clove, licorice, cinnamon, codonopsis, burdock, dandelion, angelica, ginger, calamus & elecampagne that I decoct for hours before pouring through a sieve and serving with my homemade hemp milk (supereasy just Vitamix a 1/3 cup seeds & 2/3 c water, add a dash of vanilla and honey and a pinch of sea salt).
