Cauldron Queso- made with hatch chili gouda and based on a recipe by @sohlae 2. Eyeball Coupole- Coupole cheese from @vermontcreamery , filled with a homemade raspberry jam laced with pickled jalapeño juice. 3. Boo-rata - Burrata cheese draped in a slice of provolone with black bean features.
