Dead souls ( good &bad) comes in earth...some people dress up like..devil..those who dress up like this. They believe.. Bad souls will not be able to harm..them..cause of their dressing. Some people.. In latin America ..like mexico...argentina..America too.. Dress up like this.. In Europe.. Like ireland..Germany ..Austria..they have differnt manner.. Like Germany..people hide All their knives...
