Nightmare Curse (Pathfinder Inspired Curse)
A curse to cause a person who has been making your life a nightmare to have restless sleep full of baneful and unpleasant dreams.
You will Need:
Rotting Lettuce
Rotting old Garlic
Dirt
Black Ink
Poppet of the target (I made mine using cloth to make their face and stitched shut eyes)
A container (jar, tupperware, box, etc)
Time of Day: Just after sundown but not too late
Steps:
In the container lay down your rotting lettuce leaves and the old cloves of yucky garlic making a ‘bed’ for the poppet
Take your pre-made poppet you are using to represent the person you are cursing and lay them onto the ‘bed’ you have made them
“You have been vile to me, day to day, my life has been a nightmare. Now I seek my revenge, and curse you (target’s name), to suffer the same fate.”
Pour your black ink over the poppet. “May all the negativity sink into your dreams, making them black and restless”
Bury poppet with dirt until the container is full. Seal the lid. “So mote it be”
Keep container in a dark closed space such as a closet, cupboard, basement, etc. Avoid keeping it near your own bed.
Cleanse yourself once spell is complete and cleanse the space.
To break curse: break seal on lid and throw out contents into garbage and clean container well if you wish to keep it.
