No one likes to get sick, right? Over the coming weeks, to protect me AND you, I will be avoiding hands-on assists and adjusts and decreasing use of props in my classes. And don’t be surprised if you catch me washing my hands before and after class and using copious amounts of hand sanitizer. I hope you will please join me in taking reasonable precautions: - When using props, use a towel as a barrier between you and a bolster and give your blocks a wipe down when you’re through with them. Or bring your own if you have them. - Make sure you come to class with clean clothes to practice in. - Wash your hands after practicing. - And dear, dear, students and teachers alike, please don’t come to class sick. Please don’t use a group class to “sweat it out.” If you’re feeling like you could be coming down with something, stay home and get medical care as needed. #fluseason #stayhealthy #dontspreadgerms #stayhomesick #cautiousyogi #atxyogateacher #classpassatx #weareinthistogether (at Austin, Texas) https://www.instagram.com/p/B9UT47jFQBq/?igshid=10uflp96vsx2x
