The 3rd edition of CAVALIADA in Sopot went down in history
For the third time, the city of Sopot hosted the largest equestrian event in Poland. The third stop of the CAVALIADA Tour 2023/2024 was ERGO ARENA, where a total of 159 competitors and 231 horses from 6 countries took part.
Matas Petraitis on CORNET'S CLOUD won the Big Round competition
The tour host did not have an easy task today. The starting list of the Big Round competition for the LOTTO brand prize included in the world ranking and CAVALIADA Tour ranking was very diverse. In addition to couples who normally compete in higher-ranking competitions, there were many competitors and horses who experienced the ranking class course for the first time. After 41 runs, everything turned out very interesting. Ultimately, 10 pairs entered the game.

22 zwycięzców LR na starcie w Sopocie
Zawodnikiem z aktualnego TOP 100 rankingu FEI jest Łotysz Kristaps Neretnieks. Tylko w 2023 roku, wygrał aż 9 konkursów rankingowych, w tym jeden podczas CSIO5* w Abu Zabi i jeden podczas CSI4* 4Foulee w Poznaniu. Po raz drugi w swojej karierze zakwalifikował się do Igrzysk Olimpijskich i jest też wiceliderem subligi północnej Ligi Europy Centralnej Pucharu Świata. Bardzo skuteczną zawodniczką jest też Łotyszka Laura Penele, która w zeszłym roku wygrała ORLEN Grand Prix podczas CSI w Łącku.
