I said surprise me and he came up with this because he knows about my Cavenlawbin brainrot, having drawn it for me before.

Lawbin got to keep their boyfriend's Cavendish's hat and coat after the events of Dressrosa.

I have Cavenlawbin brainrot on account of my devotion to Lawbin (I am CEO and head priestess of Lawbin, in my head), my Cavendish brainrot, and my interest in Cavenlaw (a consequence of my Cavendish brainrot). Throw in the scenes involving all three and you got the ingredients for something wholly special for me.

But I've never had much of an in for Cavendish/Robin (Cavenbin, I'm calling it) beyond all three's scenes together, with heavy emphasis on him giving her his coat to cover her wounds. That act of old school romantic chivalry, just like Cavendish carrying Law like a damsel in distress, makes my brain go fuzzy in a nice way.

Well anyway I was listening to Björk's song Venus as a Boy and thought of Cavendish starring as Venus as a Boy (it should be obvious why, he literally looks like a son of Aphrodite and has a taste for beauty even if popularity is his main focus), and then thought of Robin as the narrator of the song, so there we have it.

I have a partially formed fic idea where Robin and Cavendish are Law's exes and he's pining for them both.

Law was Cavendish's sugar baby before they got into a relationship. (Because fiction.)

It's been rattling around in my head for who knows how long at this point.

Anyway, sometimes you just have to commission art of the OT3 you created. Based off that one photo. You know the one.

I need to write that Cavenlawbin fic that only exists in my head bc I saw a tweet about a horse that escaped a Japanese university and thought about Cav's horse Farul bc the horse returned to its stable after running around for 30 min. I think it would help get it out of my system.
