Recently enjoyed a glass of Adler Fels ’15 "The Eagle Rock" Chardonnay with lemon baked cod and veggies. The wine is harmoniously balanced, with well-integrated oak and bright tree fruit character merged with pleasing tropical tones. This wine’s overall freshness and food-friendly acidity worked quite well with the dish. Under $20 and worth seeking out.
