i don't have any investment nor interest in the franchises that are "banned" from cbc-gardens but i don't think most of them should be. i get the indie creators who have explicitly stated they don't want CBCs of their properties' characters, that makes sense. but a quite a few of the franchises that are allowed have racist elements or other controversies. so where do we draw the line?

expected to see a longer list of banned 'problematic' medias in their rules but they are surprisingly short... at least no steven universe. progress!

really pisses me off that they dont allow certain types of media CBCs on site imma be honest, i don't own any that may fall under there but when will there be a cbc allowing site that doesn't have such a silly rule like "oh no ___ because their source is bad" like. ok.

I'm so glad that this blog exists because the user Maggot on the site, Puppey/woofz on Toyhouse, copied my CBC down to the color palette and outright stole my partner's CBC entirely after he posted it in the server- markings, color palette, even the exact same base. When my partner and I opened a ticket in the Discord server, they said that there wasn't enough proof to justify taking the characters down.

We showed them proof, side-by-sides, and the direct color palettes next to each other- absolutely nothing happened.

It's been months, and I'm still livid about it. I left the server and haven't used the site since then to help curb myself from making a full callout on there lmao.

Can the owner just delete the server already? Someone got hacked and sent scams in a few of the channels and the messages are still up. It's so clear they don't care about the server... just delete it if you're not gonna do shit.

That happend? Another cs server I was in got hacked too. I got this ask just now sorry for any delays but tumblr isnt notifying me.

dyle (the admin) is so gross. i have huge issues with them, they're a horrible person to have as an admin but it'd 100% out me if they were reading this blog
