@Regranned from @chelseabrowndesigns - Today marks my 2nd birthday for Chelsea Brown Designs (it was actually the 17th but just go with it! 😉) I’m filled with so many mushy feelings looking back on where it all started. Two years ago I was working 50+ hours a week as a General Manager of the busiest Jamba Juice in my district. I loved being a manager and I loved Jamba Juice but I was constantly criticized about any ideas I had to help make the franchise grow and I hated being told what I could and couldn’t do. It wasn’t MY business. I felt totally broken. I bought my first Passion Planner and began making stickers for myself. Do you see those little rectangles in the left corner? Those are the first CBD stickers! My fiancé, Ian, insisted that I opened up an Etsy shop and bought me my first machine if I promised to open one. I received my first order within hours of opening shop at literally 10pm at night! 😂 I continued to work at Jamba Juice and worked on building my little Etsy shop in my free time. Then in March I finally had enough and quit my job at Jamba Juice (I was even told “you don’t know how to run a business” by my franchise owner) and had to face the scary world of unemployment. I applied for hundreds of jobs for 2 months before I settled on becoming a barista for Starbucks in hopes that I could move up to management quickly. Then two days before my first day Passion Planner featured me as the #PCW and my shop EXPLODED! There wasn’t anyone out there making stickers for the Passion Planner so you can imagine people’s excitement! I knew from that point forward that this was what I was meant to do. I worked for Starbucks for little over a year and left in mid June to peruse my shop full time! It’s been absolutely amazing to watch my little shop grow, to watch Passion Planner grow, and to really get involved with such an amazing community. I’m still in shock every day that this is my job and I love every minute of it. So thank you to everyone who has been there to support me, from the very beginning as a #cbdOG or if you’re a #cbdNewbie and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for this little shop of mine! 💕 - #regrann
