CBAmerica is a church-based network of missional ministries championing Great Commission fulfillment through gospel-centered congregations. Our vision is healthy, effectively led, and reproducing congregations transforming every community through redemptive relationships.
The missional ministries of CBAmerica include the Pacific Church Network, Next Generation Churches, CB Northwest, Southwest Church Connection, Rocky Mountain Church Network, CB North Central, Mission Mid-Atlantic, Mission Northeast and CBChaplaincy. CBChaplaincy has almost 200 endorsed chaplains around the world in our military and civilian fields.
CBAmerica is part of a larger global network of national ministries called CBGlobal. Through the impact of WorldVenture's and Missions Door's global efforts many national church-based ministries have been developed and now work together to transform communities around the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In late October, Jim Smith, President of the Pacific Church Network, along with CB Northwest Executive Director, Mark Hoeffner, had the opportunity to represent CBAmerica at the CBGlobal leadership meetings in Hong Kong.
We heard of 600,000 refugees pouring into Bangladesh and what the churches are doing in that area to help. We heard about two church members killed because they converted to Christianity. We also heard of struggles and killings by ISIS in the Philippines and yet hundreds of baptisms occurred. So many stories of hardships, but plenty of time to prayer, encouragement, and support for one another. God is working around the world and it is an honor to partner with other national networks.
