Mature Content PSA

Edit: This post was meant as something to consider regarding tagging and visibility in shared spaces. I’m not trying to define what is or isn’t NSFW or tell anyone what to do.

As the fandom continues to grow I think it’s worth bringing up something in regard to NSFW content.

I don’t have any issue with NSFW content itself as long as it’s clearly tagged. However CB is an all-ages webtoon, and there are minors in the fandom space especially on platforms like Tumblr.

While Tumblr does a decent job of flagging mature content it’s not a perfect system. Some users may still come across posts unintentionally especially when content appears in general fandom tags. Also “mature” can mean different things depending on context (suggestive themes, body horror, etc.), so people may not always know what they’re clicking on.

Because of that I think it’s worth being mindful of tagging. Using a tag like #CBnsfw for content that isn’t appropriate for minors and avoiding general CB tags (like #Cinderellaboy) on those posts could help reduce accidental exposure.

Made an alt tumblr to finally hide myself (lol).

Some things about me:

I'm part of the CB fandom but I am hiding who I actually am for Reasons...cough cough.

I love writing with all my soul (yes, I write normal stuff as well, I'm a writer who writes smut sometimes), and I want to be an author or a short story writer in the future!

I don't really talk to people like that but I love asks, as long as they aren't THAT crazy. I love when people ask questions, and I love answering them!

Also, my classes (and professors) have been draining the life and fanfic writing motivation out of me. If you guys ever wanna request fic ideas, throw them at me in asks, I have no idea if I'll write them or not though but I'll eat them up anyways :P

I'm also a big fat lesbian, shocking i know... I love women, but unfortunately I am hyperfixated on two gays and they're all I can ever write about, oof. I consume a lot of indie sapphic films and books in my freetime, maybe I'll write fics for those one day even if the fandoms are basically dead...

I'll be pretty much inactive on this account, except to interact w NSFW and post fic snippets :P
