I’m very excited to finally be getting to post this, after having to wait a few months for the spare time to make some post-crit edits! We’d gotten a class assignment to do cover/promotional art for any book/game/comic that we wanted, and the first thing that sprung to mind for me was the webcomic Unsounded. I’ve absolutely loved this comic since I first found it four years ago; I’m super picky about both art and story when it comes to webcomics, but Unsounded has consistently blown me away on both fronts and set a standard I really hope I can achieve in my own art. @glassshard is also a really approachable person, and was kind enough to let me do this for the assignment; I really hope she likes how it turned out! If you haven’t read Unsounded yet, I highly recommend it.
