what now?

My apartment is all cleaned and fixed up, but I kind of don’t want to go back to it right now. I’d say maybe I should take a vacation like everyone else is doing, but going alone sounds just really, really sad.

Maybe I’ll just visit home. It’s been awhile since I was back there.

I have the rest of the week off, and a plane ticket to Cabo. Impromptu vacations are the best. It’s going to be bikinis and Mai Tais all day, every day.

Do you ever read or say a word so frequently that you start to question whether or not it’s spelled correctly, or if it’s even a word at all? If the notes spread across my kitchen table are any indication, I spent a good portion of the morning researching the origin of English prepositions. The end result seems to be an e-mail confirmation for 13 weeks of online tutoring in Latin.

I genuinely can’t remember how or why I ended up here. Why Latin?

My recent no-media kick came to a pretty abrupt halt this morning, and I’m sure you’ve all heard the news. It turns out fame really does come with no boundaries or privacy. I guess it’s goodbye to my good reputation. Can I just... take the next month off of work for reasons of utter humiliation?

So my neighbor upstairs

flooded her bathroom, which leaked into my apartment and flooded MY bathroom, which kind of ruined my floor and the technically I guess the ceiling of the guy below me...

anyway, Sunshine and me are living in a hotel again. Room service anyone?
