i hadn’t actually seen the episode before i posted this i just took a peek into the tags and got really irritated for a second. and now that i’ve seen it ? idk what to make of this fdkjshfdjfh i came to appreciate them a hell of a lot more since s4 and they have more of a brotp vibe to me now them being romantic/sexual would be so fucking weird. i mean the same flashy images kind of thing happened with n*thaniel and i doubt they’ll ever force these two back together so........ but that being said people wanting them back together are totally missing the point of the show lol it would undo four fucking seasons of progress and as rachel said it’s about denial, love/being obsessed with the idea of love, spiraling and starting from scratch...... and that show would make no fucking sense if she suddenly ended up with josh again lol

Blue Mermaid is a weirdly specific musical number that appeared to me in a dream as a result of watching too much ceg before bed probably so I don’t have a real explanation for this other than I think my subconscious decided to coin a term for a sad rebound orgy 🎶 I already put it on urban dictionary 🎶 aaaand I’m gonna say ‘blue’ because it’s sad and ‘mermaid’ because the Aesthetic is everyone rolling around in sheets, so... white bed linen mermaid tails?
