These are very good LEDs and emitting light INFRA-RED, the infrared light can't be seen from human eyes that’s why these sources of light are used in CCTV cameras. This kind of light source having different angles of rays like say 15 degrees, 30 degrees, 45 degrees, 60 degree, 90 degrees, etc. so the manufacture selects the number of LEDs by considering its angle, some camera having narrow lens size are using 60-degree rays LED, while the camera having big telescopic lens are using 15 degree LEDs.
