Do any of the doctors have ptsd? Were any of them so depressed in their life they became suicidal? Did any of them sh?

I think most all of them have been through traumatic experiences, but I wouldn't say PTSD, or at least not severe ptsd.

It's possible a few of them considered suicide, or at least thought heavily about death, but never went through with planning for it. For people like TO, Lucius, Milos, and Lilah, they were expected to tough a lot out so they likely dismissed a lot of those feelings or stuffed them away rather than acknowledge them. A few of them transformed their terrors and miseries into something else--Lilah embraced the strange and horrible, Milos laughed it all away, and TO/Lucius took control of their fears by being the ones to fear.

Others simply used distractions to keep their minds away from the terrible. Sex, drugs, alcohol, even non-vice things like intense studying, hobbies, or rigorous practice.

There are probably still doctors even now that think a lot about death, but try not to.

Could Yosuke ever bring it upon himself to kill Ten if she were to try to escape?

Probably not kill since he wants her so much, but he might hurt her if he was that desperate to keep her under his thumb. He's done so before.

What would the supervisor do if all the members of a group assaulted a doctor? For example, what Lilah did to Twelve but with another number more vulnerable and the other numbers (let's assume they're absolutely all in the same spot) they just explode and can't help but hit her.

Lots of painful or emotionally scarring consequences, more than likely.

And if a person wasn't really so important, or there were others who could be studied instead, they'd probably not live long after the incident

Does Lucius have any other scars?

If yes, can you tell us how he got them?

He's been in lots of fights throughout his life, and he has always helped TO to deter threats, so I don't doubt he has quite a few random healed-over scars on random parts of his body, like his back, legs, stomach, chest, or arms. The more severe ones on his body would have long since healed over, but still stick out a bit like the one on his face.

More often than not, he'd have gotten cuts or split parts of his skin open in scuffles. Probably not really any burns or anything.

He'd cut it fairly close as a means to torment her, but not in most moments. He's kept her alive this long for his own reasons, likely having to do with her contributions

What kind of punishments have Lilah, Vanessa and Milos gotten before?

Milos is hard to punish beyond harsh words and being kept under surveilance. Lilah is favored enough to not get harsh punishments, but would likely face restrictions or limitations. Mom we've already seen has gotten beatings or injuries, often to her face or parts of her body that she deems important to her.

Since Gale implies that there were more doctors; was TO’s original close group bigger? If yes, why’d they get most likely killed?

He likely had more people helping him run bigger things at some point, but not necessarily people who were close to him. He'd have decided that some people just weren't worth the extra effort. Some of the doctors we know are only safe because he needed them. Someone like Mom apparently used to do something important for him other than just the office administration she does now, for instance. And in other's cases, while he could easily find other people to replace them as far as expertise goes, he's gotten far enough with this operation that it'd be more effort to coax many more people into working here. He already hasn't been replacing prisoners quite as frequently, and so he's likely doing the same with doctors for some reason.

People who died were those who were more expendable--most everyone in the primary sector knows how to do things just enough to keep the operation afloat. Though they have to do extra work now with the smaller population, it's something they can do. Other doctors only sanctioned on to deal with patient care might just be unnecessary in the long run when other doctors can do the same. And in someone like Richard's case, even with the expertise he had, there were a handful of other people who could do his work too. It was simply easier to have a designated person for x thing to lessen the workload for others, so they could focus on their own x thing. But with the population of subjects having decreased, suddenly there's less need for the extra weight.

If it wasn't unnecessary use, then they were likely killed for things like going behind TO's back. With more people involved, there's more risk of employees doing things that he doesn't like. With the people he has in his main overarching group now, he can't really afford to just off them and replace them, especially not after so much of this operation was done alongside them/using them (we can easily garner that he's been doing this for a little while, at least). Other doctors who aren't that important? They can be thrown away. He is said to be lenient at times, so it's more than likely small offenses went with just mere slaps on the wrist or harsh reprimanding, but larger offenses would have put people on some kind of list, if he didn't right then decide to off them.

With the need to shirk the population arising, evidently anyone with offenses under their belt who weren't important were the first to go, but if he wanted to shrink the population more, even those with minor offenses would have had to go too. And as it is, it's not exactly like you can waltz out of an operation like this if you know very deeply how things work there. His only choice in this case would have been to murder them, or use them, which is why it's been said some doctors like Richard had been turned into workers. But it's possible he might have had other uses for them too.

Can we get more info about Milos?

Sure! Again, maybe slight spoilers but mostly stuff we've learned before.

Note: Some of this, mainly stuff toward the bottom, is more on the fence at the moment.

Milos is one of the oldest members of the facility and has likely been there the longest, next to Mom (and excluding TO and Lucius, obviously)

Milos has been drinking for a long time, even before he was old enough to do so legally. He grew up with a rough and frighteningly cold father, and had to learn to be self sufficient. His mother was not necessarily in the picture, and so he had to rely on his father or his father's friends to teach him how to do things

Milos is a rather massive man! He could easily take either Lucius or TO on if he wanted to (and no doubt TO knows this). But he, like many of the others, simply stays at the facility because of his own reasons. Not everyone is really able to place just why, though some fingers point to Lilah, some to his freedom to abuse others, and some to his attachment to the facility, since he's been here the longest.

Milos used to be terrified of his father, but as he got older, that terror turned to hatred. His father was a difficult, stubborn man, and certainly capable of terrible things. There's not much known of him, but I can say he taught Milos a thing or two about his practice.

It's been said that many of the doctors have gotten higher education, but not all, or not for the full amount of time to be legally licensed (meaning they had experience or learned elsewhere). Milos did not study his field in college, or at least didn't pursue education much.

Lilah and Milos have a very wide age gap, and as mentioned in a previous ask, it's likely their coupling was not conventional or morally sound. However, it was less of a close relationship and more of a fling, like with Mom and Yosuke.

Milos does not crumble easily, but he is not "hardened" as a result of his upbringing like the higher ups he works with. Maybe once he had a spiteful phase, but he learned quickly to let things go and be loose with things. Unfortunately, he developed a bad habit of it, which is why he often just does what he wants to and cares little for the consequences, somewhat like Mom.

Milos is not from Russia, though his father or mother likely were. He can understand some of the language, but not fully.

Milos probably once worked in construction or some other laborious when he was younger since his father would not give him his own money, even when he had money to give.

Milos had once shown interest in the human body and was actually fairly gifted as a grade student, but whenever really did anything with that fascination at first for various reasons. His father pushed him toward it more, however.

Milos was initially quite clean, but likely started slipping as he entered his teens. He was probably involved in criminal activity at some point--he has taken drugs, and perhaps tried to deal them on the side once when much younger. This period of his life likely did not last too long, but would have impacted his vices and bad behaviors regardless.

On that note, Milos has definitely been in fights, and definitely killed people before. It's why he worked alongside Lucius and for TO--He had the expertise far before Lucius did.
