Wanted to do a little spotlight/summary of all my current WIPs for original writing (so i can put it in my pinned). If you like pls rb or send asks with any questions :)!
BOT Universe:
The BOT universe is an acronym for a preliminarily named story I've been worldbuilding for a long time but only recently have been rewriting/working on seriously as an adult. The real name is an acronym rn because I do not know if it's a title I'll keep or not. Genre is steampunk/action/adventure and is based around issues of climate disaster, war, and militarism.
Preliminary Summary: It's been nearly half a decade since war has overtaken [WIPNAME COUNTRY]. For ages, all Clover can remember is growing up with her home fighting. From environmental collapse, to collapse in the flow of time itself, to collapse of trust of each other on top of it all. Clover serves as Assistant General to the army, branched in the capitol city telling stories. Stories of hope, stories of her wife's gun shop, and stories of fear of the wars never ending. On the cusp of worsening time collapse Clover is thrust back into preparing for war as she uncovers the truth that seeks to unravel the world around her down to her own heart.
Goals: I want to finish the overall story of this and at the same time work on my drawing ability in order to one day make this into a graphic novel. It is also possible I would consider collaborating with artists to make that happen. I want this story to be both an exciting action-fantasy while incorporating important critiques centered around climate disaster and anti-war topics.
2. Unnamed Poetry Chapbook
This work is a chapbook style collection of poems I have written over the course of a couple years. It's currently in the beta-reading process from some close friends of mine and will incorporate edits to revise my first manuscript.
I do not have a preliminary summary really worked out but i can talk about it's overall themes/topics: This story covers my journey with relationships. My journey losing relationships, my journey with the relationship to myself, my journey dealing with abuse, setting boundaries, dealing with misogyny, etc. It is about processing and healing from these relationships.

So the main theme of my books is relationships: to others and my self. And to healing from them. The book talks about changes in friendships, about some of the abuse ive been through, and my relationship to my body and my own self . :]
