Response - *Alleged victimes.  And yes.  Really.  Blaming everyone involved.  "Equal guilt for equal crimes" is something that I said in the post.  What does moral defense have to do with physical defense?

Response: A lot of Walmarts are open 24/7.  Is there one nearby where you can get your chocolate chips and butter?  Cookie making is serious business.  Now I kinda want cookies.  Good idea.

Why the blurb about generally being a nice person?  Mike is a nice person in general.  You just proved that being generally nice means nothing.  For me, it's less about defending him than it is about handing out fair blame.  You're correct, manning (but why do we say "manning" and not "womaninng"?) up and dealing with the consequences is something that's going to happen.  That doesn't mean he needs to be attacked by everyone.
