Cedar Quince Rust

Does anyone here have experience with cedar quince rust? A tree that I believe is a crabapple in my yard is infected with it, I am 99% sure. It has aecia all over the fruit. It’s a large tree and I don’t know what to do about it or if it’s too late. I don’t want the disease to spread to my neighbors trees or anything but I would rather not cut the tree down. It seems like fruit all over the whole tree is affected. Am I too late to fix it? What can I do? Please message me if you have any advice.
