Cedar City Spring Fiesta Returns to Historic Downtown May 1 "Cedar City Events will host its fifth annual Spring Fiesta on Friday, May 1 in Historic Downtown Cedar City. Everyone is welcome to this multicultural community event featuring live entertainment and performances, vendors, lotería, face painting, and more. A beer garden sponsored by The Warehouse Bar + Kitchen will be located in the Bristlecone Coffee parking lot. The evening also coincides with the city’s largest Slow Roll, a free monthly event designed to encourage the community to get outside together and explore Cedar City on non-motorized vehicles.
