Job Opening: Project Manager - Ceiling and Dry Lining,

Salary: £55K + Package,

Location: London

Are you a Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career and progress into a Project Management role? Did you come up through the tools as a ceiling fixer or dry liner and also have strong computer skills? Frustrated in your current position as Site Manager, as you keep being overlooked for Promotion?

Then this job is perfect for you, so read on. Can you see yourself in a Project Management role, leading a dry lining and ceiling project worth £8M as number one on site? You will be managing your own project from cradle to grave and take complete ownership of the role and site. Commanding a large project team of fixers, dry liners and site supervisor you will be accountable for the project’s success, completing on time and in budget!

Rule number 1?  There’s only one number 1!

You will need to have a stable employment history, working with sub-contractors in ceiling and partition fit out. You will need a sound knowledge of dry wall, ceilings and suspended ceilings as well being a competent user of Microsoft projects and be an experienced user of excel.
