In 1962 his 3-year-old son drown in their swimming pool. Eleven years later, his 19-year-old son died in a suspicious automobile accident. In 1980 his estranged wife took him to court and died in her own swimming pool "accident". His young cousin/bride died next to him in bed of a drug "overdose". He shot his base player in the chest with a .357 Magnum. He butted a man in the face with a mic stand during recording sessions, and made Elvis break down and cry due to his viciousness in studio. The Tammy Wynette Kidnapping: On October 4th of 1978, country music legend, Tammy Wynette was at a Nashville shopping center when a masked gunman kidnapped her, and drove her 80 miles away at gunpoint. He savagely beat her, and pistol-whipped her, before letting her go. A Birthday Fit For a King: On June 19th of 1999, horror author Stephen King was taking a walk along a country road, when he was plowed into by a distracted driver named Bryan Smith. King's extensive injuries left him in a hospital bed for three torturous weeks, with years of recovery ahead of him. The Unlucky Bride: On May 30th of 1867, the princess Maria del Posso del Cisterna married the Duke of D'Aosta in a disastrous ceremony... the stressed our seamstress hung herself before the wedding. The officer leading the procession to the church collapsed of sunstroke. The ceremonial palace gates had not been opened in recent memory, and had rusted shut. The gatekeeper was injured trying to pry them open, and was discovered on a pool of blood. Following the ceremony, the best man accidentally shot himself dead with a ceremonial musket, and the station master fell under the train as the couple left for their honeymoon.
