Amber Elizabeth Scholz
On the evening of November 7, 1981, Amber Scholz attended a party in Rock Springs, Wyoming along with her boyfriend and a friend. Amber left the party at approximately 3am the following morning along with her friend.
She was last seen at the door of her residence in the Plaza Court Apartments in Rock Springs at 3:30am. It is believed she made it inside but she has never been seen again.
Someone had went to check on Amber later that morning, but she was not found in her home. Her apartment appeared undisturbed; her purse, wallet, and an uncashed payroll check were located in the kitchen.
At the time of her disappearance, Amber was involved in a custody suit regarding her son and her former boyfriend. It is unknown if this case in connected to her going missing.
Amber's family lived in Ohio at the time and reported her missing twelve days after November 7. Amber lived in Ohio prior to moving to Wyoming.
Amber is described as a White female, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has freckles on her nose and cheeks. She has a C-Section scar on her abdomen. She has had a tonsillectomy. She has a neurotic disorder which makes her easily influenced by people. She was born in Georgia.
