omg did you talk to them?! i am so jealous. i think i would just stare and grin creepily and maybe meep or squack at the sight of them.

AHHHH not beyond "Taylor/Ryan/David hi would you take a picture/sign my jersey/sign my ticket." Like I really wanted to be able to say "have a good game" to Hallsy, but I couldn't get it out of my throat. And then when I was standing next to Perron and Eager I really wanted to say something to Eager about the Hawks, but dude I just didn't know WHAT, like "sorry you went from winning the Stanley Cup to being placed on waivers and sent down to the AHL"???? And Perron I just wanted to be like HI HAPPY YOU'RE HERE but again, it was all I could do to ask them to sign stuff. I stared creepily and J Schultz and stared longingly after Dubes, because he walked in with Hallsy and I could only grab one of them. He basically beelined for the locker room while Taylor stopped for autographs. Honestly the longest conversation I had was with some random dude sitting with them who wasn't an Oiler. And that was mostly about the fact that he wasn't an Oiler.
