My muse has friends and family. To her, those are the only things worth protecting.

Seriously, that's extremely kind of you to say that. I take great pride in people enjoying my stories, and the reception that my portrayal is spot on always gives me a warm feeling.
It's great to also see more people that don't enjoy RP just for the ships. I mean, I ship the Doctor with some of the companions he comes across in these adventures, but they're always usually a father/son or father/daughter dynamic (e.g. the Doctor/Lucy and the Doctor/Shinji, from Diclonius and the Armageddon Child, respectively.).
But there won't be any romance. As far as I'm concerned, the only ship I prefer is the Doctor with his TARDIS. He's got to give the Old Girl a lot of attention, after all.
