Cousin Catchup | Celia & Livy

Livy was excited to catch up with Celia.  They had crossed over between Livy’s initial arrival to Verona and subsequent departure which meant they had not had a good talk in too long.  She made her way to Celia’s cottage with her ipad under her arm containing all of the baby photographs she had taken or been sent by her sister.  She knocked on the door and smiled.  “Hi!  Are you certain you are ready for me on wine?  I fear you may have forgotten what I am like as it has been such a long time.”  She laughed then stepped forwards to hug her cousin.

abel picked celia up as all good dates did. an easy arrangement to make after asking her to go with him. abel liked celia, she was kind and talented and had made for a fast friend the day he approached her. there was no baggage of a date in his question, what with him still feeling a little raw from a broken engagement not too long ago. so he had cosigned himself to simply having fun and seeing where all of that took him.

all the same, he came to celia's door, a small bit of flowers in his hand. when she answered, his smile grew and he was quick to speak, "wow! you look simply amazing celia! look at you. beautiful, stunning! i got you these. i know prom stuff has like, corsages and boutonnieres, but i figured this was the more grown version of that you know? "
