Beautiful Liar || Bora & Joowon
Bora just finished her rounds in the kitchen and she takes off her apron and uniform as she changes to her baby pink dress. It wasn't a must but Jackson has been teasing her for wearing too many boyish clothes. Today was like any normal day at her cafe. The customers come and go while she hides away in her office to check on the work and requests of cakes of almost every occasion, checking on when can she possibly have a meeting with her clients and get to discuss the cake details.
Her phone simply buzzes, a message comes in. She glances on her phone and sees a familiar name. Joowon. His name alone makes Bora sigh. Joowon won't be bugging her with text messages unless her needs or wants something. He's gonna ask for another favor, for sure. That's what Bora has in mind but honestly, Bora can't help but spare a piece of concern for her friend and give in to his requests.
She ignored his messages and focused on her work, playing with the silver necklace on her neck as she eyes the details of the cake that one of her clients recently sent. It wasn't complicated but Bora still wanted to have that element of surprise. The wow factor on her work always makes people smile and she enjoys watching people smile to their heart's content. Leaning back on her chair, she sighs. She wants to check his messages but at the same time, she doesn't want to. Her thoughts were suddenly interrupted by a knock on her door.
"Yeah?" She answers while her assistant knocks once more before opening the door. Bora sat up straight and fixed her fringe. Pushing away the stray strands of her lavender hair away from her face. "Miss Bora, someone wants to see you." And so she gets up from her seat to see just who the person could be. Turns out that it's none other than Joowon himself, beaming at her. "Oh hell no." She mumbles. "What are you doing here!? I'm busy." She hurriedly steps away as if to show him she's busy. But nope, he knows her all too well that she's just avoiding the chance to talk about the favor he's about to ask of her.
