lots of hugs for everybody who came out to hear us at Java's last night!
7 Reasons to see CELLO SHOW at Fringe Fest according to Miss Piggy
because we're real.
because we're creatures of incredible grace
because we're gonna be all dressed up and beautified. for you.
because we put on a pretty cute lil show
because cellos are better than the stress eating you'd end up doing alone at home anyway
because no excuse you think of to not come will ever be good enough
and finally, because we love you.
This is an old re-post from sister blog mewsicthangs; since this is our first show since May, we figured it was once again time to share Miss Piggy's infallible sense of logic and order with you.
Come see us play for Rochester Fringe Fest:
6PM Friday, Sept. 19 @Java's
7PM Thursday, Sept. 25 @Java's
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Contact: Audrey Q. Snyder (585) 576-7106 [email protected] www.audreyqsnyder.com/celloshow CELLO SHOW TO APPEAR AGAIN AT FRINGE FEST Eastman School musicians bringing pop-cello back to Java’s Rochester, NY— CELLO SHOW is returning to the 2014 First Niagara Rochester Fringe Festival (Sept. 18-27) on Friday, September 19 at 6pm, and Thursday, September 25 at 7pm. Both performances are free to attend, and will take place at Java’s at 16 Gibbs St. Last September, CELLO SHOW— a group of Eastman students and alumni combining cellos, drums, and vocals—played its very first show at Java’s. After performing catchy pop tunes at local venues like Boulder Coffee, Bug Jar, and Lovin’ Cup over the past year, the group is ready to serenade Java’s once again— this time with a couple of new original songs, newly-arranged covers, and some favorites from last year’s set. ###
We finished recording cello parts today! Only some vocals left to do!!!
tbt to our Bug Jar show in November, just singin some songs like we do
